As the business continues to scale across Australia, we are on the hunt for a technically minded, solutions-focused Pre-Sales & Solutions – Systems Engineer to join their growing team in Melbourne.

What do you do? - Act as the technical backbone in pre-sales discussions, assisting the sales team with tailored solution design
- Collaborate with clients to define use cases and translate them into functional specifications
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as training manuals, solution designs, and test plans
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and training sessions, both internally and for clients
- Test and validate new hardware and software releases in a controlled environment
- Provide Level 3 support to internal teams and assist with escalated service tickets
- Assist in product rollouts, integration design, and the introduction of new features and systems
What do you need? - Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years in a pre-sales, solution design, systems engineering, or technical support role
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Experience with system integration, APIs (REST or SOAP), and hardware I/O or relay systems
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Visio, Teams and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
