The Role We are seeking a highly motivated
Application Engineer / System Engineer to join the Solutions team. This role encompasses pre-sales support, technical support to clients, and management of technical escalations. The ideal candidate will be technically adept, possess a strong problem-solving mindset, and have a curiosity to learn and innovate.

Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with solution architects to prepare detailed design specification documentation.
- Conduct reviews and testing of solutions and pre-release products in controlled or real-world environments.
- Develop and document testing plans, test cases, and project-specific documentation.
- Prepare training manuals for internal and external users, both technical and non-technical.
- Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations and technical updates.
- Support the introduction of new features and products into the business through internal processes.
- Deliver 3rd-level service and defect resolution support, including occasional on-site visits.
- Optimise standard operating procedures and processes, incorporating feedback.
- Test and validate new software versions before production releases.
- Manage internal showroom and testing environment configurations.
- Assist with solution design involving hardware and software integration.
Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar technical or engineering role.
- Some basic knowledge of working with service management systems, e.g., ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of I/O options, hardware interfaces, and system integration.
- Experience in developing technical documentation, testing plans, and training manuals.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal collaboration.
