They are on the hunt for a astute, capable Venue Manager to be a part of the team of this new game-fuelled social hub providing state of the art games for adults, exceptional food and beverage offering all within a venue like no other!
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced venue manager, a veteran in shaking a few tins, problem solve on the go, manage a big team and in a fast-paced venue and have a love of music, fun games, amazing food and most of all be the leader of your team.
You will be a person who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and is well versed in the general operations of a large scale venue, willingness to grow with the expansion and pass your knowledge on through training and development of your team.

What do you do? - Manage and lead your team
- Strong F&B background and knowledge
- Come from a restaurant, bar background.
- Manage open and closing procedures.
- Money Handling / cash up / change
- Work closely with BOH teams
- Wine and cocktail knowledge preferrable
- Train and develop your team
- Ensure smooth venue operations during service
- Rostering and keeping inline with labour percentages, COGs
- Venue maintenance and repairs
What do you need? - At least 2 years experience in a busy multifaceted venue
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend availability and willingness to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, and some late nights
- Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks.
- Fluent written and verbal skills
- Willingness to be part of an enthusiastic and motivated team and lead by example.
- Want to work long term with an outstanding employer and grow with the company
- Experience managing a busy bar
- RSA essential
