Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with one of Australia’s leading lighting suppliers, ranked as one of the leaders in the Australian market.  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty & Claims Officer to join their team on a part-time basis.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded business in the lighting industry. As the Warranty & Claims Officer, you will oversee the warranty and claims process for premium lighting products, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. Reporting to and working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will play an integral role in upholding the company’s commitment to quality and service.

• $70,000 - $75,000 + Super ( Pro Rata) 
• Permanent Part time - 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage warranty claims for lighting products in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently.
• Assess warranty eligibility and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain detailed records of claims and warranty issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support when required.

About You:

• Experience in warranty and claims management or a related role.
• Technical knowledge of lighting products or similar industries is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
