Warranty & Claims Officer to join their team on a part-time basis.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded business in the lighting industry. As the Warranty & Claims Officer, you will oversee the warranty and claims process for premium lighting products, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. Reporting to and working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will play an integral role in upholding the company’s commitment to quality and service.
What’s in It for You? - $70,000 - $75,000 + Super ( Pro Rata)
- Permanent Part time - 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities: - Process and manage warranty claims for lighting products in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently.
- Assess warranty eligibility and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain detailed records of claims and warranty issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support when required.
About You: - Experience in warranty and claims management or a related role.
- Technical knowledge of lighting products or similar industries is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
